This HP 355C attenuator is in good condition and was recently removed from a working environment. The knob was replaced at some point and it does not have the 0-12 dB markings. The BNC connections are in good condition. We will include a User manual on CD. This item has a 5 day right of return. Attenuator sections are inserted and removed by cam-actuated microswitches which keep lead lengths short. This design minimizes stray capacitances and inductances, and keeps phase shift to a minimum. The HP Agilent 355C is a compact and rugged unit in which the component parts are rigidly positioned and well-shielded so that neither stray pickup nor signal leakage is a problem. It may be connected with the 355D in series to provide precision attenuation in 1 dB steps from 0 to 132 dB.
