Rancilio EPOCA E1 Espresso Late Machine Style and performance in the latest 1 group model from Rancilio! This is the successor to the long-running S27 by Rancilio. The Epoca E-1 is the perfect fully-automatic machine for smaller operations, and bistros and those needing to serve professional espresso drinks after a meal. Four programmable soft-touch start/stop delivery buttons deliver perfect sized shots of espresso time after time, due to the accurate on-board water meter. In addition, the end button acts as a manual on/off pump switch. Procon volumetric pump for accurate pump pressure adjustment and consistent pour results every time. The 3.9 liter copper boiler features a fully welded heat exchanger. With features such as electronic boiler water level and an anti-syphon valve (prevents accidental milk infiltration into boiler), the new Epoca E-1 is low maintenance. New 1/4 turn quick steam valves are very fast and efficient A large boiler pressure gauge on the front panel is color coded for easy viewing.
