This Fisher Tensiometer comes with De nouy ring has been rebuilt and is in fine working condition. The project I used it for is over. There is some slight staining from prior owners but does not affect the operation. Allso have the manual so directions for tuneing and setup are easy. This is the semiautomatic model not just manual operation.
