Mfr. by Fuji Electric, Part # ET1256. It is an NPN triple Darlington power switch with the snubber diode and Baker clamp as well as pull down resistors and diodes integrated into the module. If you need a 200 Amp switch with a low saturation voltage and a huge heat transfer area that takes flea power to drive, this is your baby.  The unit is guaranteed unused and meeting Mfr. specifications. Please see my return policy for details.Â
