It is a generally sound machine but is in need of some work. I have owned it for 3 years and used it to clear property for a new house. Main engine runs well and does not use oil. It has a 2-way hydraulic blade that works well Undercarriage is probably around 70%. Please see pictures of tracks. Has a rope start pony motor that works well. Also has a 12V electric starter motor to start the pony motor that can be connected to an external battery and jumper cables. Here is what needs to be fixed Main clutch is weak. Local cat dealer tells me there is oil in the clutch housing. Am guessing this is coming from gear housing behind the clutch compartment because the main motor is not losing any oil. Right side brake is weak. Needs to be either adjusted or pads replaced. Tracks need to be adjusted for tension. Clutch that engages pony motor to main motor is getting rough to engage with the pony motor running. I have been engaging it before starting the pony motor and it works ok. Rear drawbar guide bolts busted off. Have new drawbar guide but bolts need to be drilled out of the old mounting brackets before the new guide can be mounted.
