Energy Efficient Lighting Retrofit Come to your facility and retrofit/modify (20) of your existing 3-lamp/bulb light fixtures. We will remove the current ballasts in each of your fixtures and replace them with (20) energy efficient 3-lamp electronic ballasts. We will also replace the (60) lamps/bulbs in your fixtures with the more energy efficient T8 fluorescent lamps/bulbs. Your existing fixtures must have (3) T12 fluorescent, Bi-pin lamps/bulbs per fixture. Provide all hardware and equipment needed. Benefits of updated lighting systems: Average energy savings from 20-50% T-8 fluorescent bulbs are "instant on" and burn cooler than T-12 or any high bay fixture Utilities may have incentives for efficiency upgrades (We proactively monitor all incentive programs enabling you to maximize savings on your projects.) Pricing is based on typical open-space building with a ceiling height of 8-12 ft. Must have adequate floor space for the ladders to maneuver for installation.
