 This is Model 757-W Hand tachometer made in around 1977. This is used to check the RPM'S on any rotating shaft. This will record the RPM'S on a clockwise or counter clock wise rotation. It will handle speeds from 100 to  4000 RPM. There are two tips, one for a shaft with a center hole and one for a shaft with a flat end.
