This is an older piece of test equipment in very good condition. It contains three vaccuum tubes; one of these is the ""magic eye" tube which serves as an indicator of capacitance. All three tubes test good. The inside of this unit is clean and unaltered. The outside condition is excellent, with just a few small scratches on the front near the top. There is no manual with this.
