John Deere 1959 730 LP Narrow Front. This is one very very nice 730 LP. We have owned this tractor for about 6 years. It is our daily summer chore tractor. We've used it for discing, blading the driveway, pulling around dead tractors, etc. Sheetmetal is almost perfect, There are No Dents that I could find. It still has the original LP tank side panals. Nice Screens. It has Nearly New 15.5x38 Rear Tires, and inside the rear wheels are Solid Cast Iron One Piece Wheel Weights. They are about 4-5 inches thick. I think they would weigh apx 500lbs each. It has a John Deere Rear 3pt Hitch. Hitch is all there except for the top link. The hitch has all of the rest of the parts and there are no welds or breaks on the hitch. Sway Blocks Included. Power-Steering works perfectly. New Steering Wheel, New Center Cap with the Power-Steering Logo, New Seat Cushions, New Oil and Water Gauges through Evergreen Gauge Restoration. The engine on this tractor is very very strong. Last year we had a Styled D that was dead with flat tires, and it was missing the front wheels. Dad put the front end in the loader of our 630 he was pulling it up a hill and the 630 started to spin (our 630 weighs 9500lbs). So I went to the shed, got this 730 out, hooked onto the 630 and the D, and pulled them up a slippery hill and didnt spin a wheel, the 730 just played with it, Dad even hit the brakes on the 630 to try to make it slow down! (didnt work) Very Fuel Efficiant, We used it all last summer and filled the tank once. Full of strong antifreeze and always stored inside. Older restoration.
