These items were extra inventory purchased from a DeWalt retailer, each item came brand new with the tools the store had displayed. The batteries were not displayed with the tools due to theft problems. High Capacity Battery, 40% More run-time than standard batteries Entire line of DEWALT® 18 Volt tools DeWalt's website states THE BATTERIES ARE COVERED BY A 2 YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, I confirmed this with a DEWALT SERVICE CENTER that they will replace defective units for a period of 2 YEARS from the Mfg date which is stamped on each battery. These units are dated 2006 w/1 year 9m months remaining under warranty. (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
