AN ORIGINAL VINTAGE PRINTER'S METAL ON WOOD BLOCK! Our photo shows the printer block with it's metal plate in the foreground. Since the image is reversed we have taken the photo next to a mirror illustrating the image as it would appear in print. This is one of over 300 printer blocks we have collected. Please check our My Stores Logo for the others. Printer's blocks/plates have become very collectible recently since computers have replaced the need for them. These blocks are generally logos and were used in newspapers advertising. Original printer's blocks will disappear as collectors zap them up.
