This came from the estate of a man who was a ham radio enthusiast, and was also in the US Army Signal Corp. in WWII. He spent time in Japan immediately after the war, and I believe this is where he acquired this item, along with several other items I will be listing. Texas residents please add 8.25% sales tax.
