Collection of 11 vintage softcover forestry books, booklets, posters, etc. All books are illustrated. In used but good condition with some light wear and light soiling to covers. Pages have some small corner creasing. These include:
1. 16 page booklet "Home-Grown Lumber for Farm Buildings" by Fred E. Winch, Jr. Cornell Extension Bulletin 747 - New York State College of Agriculture. Revised edition of Feb. 1960. Illustrated. Good condition.
2. 31 page booklet "Planting Forest Trees on New York Farms" by Robert Morrow, Lawrence Hamilton, Fred Winch, Jr. Cornell Extension Bulletin 956 - NYS College of Agriculture. January 1964 edition. Good condition.
3. 52 page booklet "Logging Farm Wood Crops" Farmers' Bulletin No. 2090 U.S. Department of Agriculture. Issued 1955. Light soiling to covers. Otherwise, in good condition.
4. 16 page booklet "Making and Using Wood Fuel" by Lawrence Hamilton and Fred Winch, Jr. Cornell Extension Bulleting 940. Light soiling to covers; otherwise, good condition.
6. 63 page "Journal of Forest History" Vol. 22, No. 1 of January 1978. Contents include: lumbering and the public timberlands in Washington-the era of disposal; Michigan's oak openings: pioneer perceptions of a vegatative landscape; park naturalists and the evolution of National Park Service interpretation through WWII; the forest service history section. The front cover has a crease and tear to the top edge.
7. 17 page 1941-1966 American Tree Farm System Silver Anniversary booklet "Growing Trees to Meet the Nation's Needs". Published by American Forest Products Industries, Inc. Light chewing to top right edge of the front cover; otherwise, good condition.
8. 23 page "American Tree Farmer Forestry Digest of 1966 - Silver Anniversary Issue. Good condition
9. 24 page booklet "Longer Life for Wood" in your fencelines and vineyards by Lawrence Hamilton and Gordon Cunningham. Cornell Extension Bulletin 987 of Sept. 1957. Good condition.
10. 17 page "Our Growing Redwoods" published by American Forest Products Industries, Inc. in 1965. Minor soiling to covers; otherwise, good condition.
11. Two 13" x 10" cardboard Forest Plantation posters from New York State Conservation Dept. There is some age-toning and light edge wear.
