This is my personal cat 246 skid steer. I've used it for demo, clean up, and landscape work around my own farm for two years without a problem. The maint. has been kept up well with oil, hydraulic fluid, belt and filters changed recently. The tires have approx 75% left. I simply don't need it enough to justify keeping it in my garage. The controls are standard cat joystick with remote hydraulic control on the right. Always starts right up and has way more power than I've ever needed. I can't deliver this for you so it is pickup only. I copied the specs below and I have the cat operators manual along with some cat service paperwork. I bought the machine as a cat reman from the dealer and it has approx 66 hours on it since new engine and pump.
