Manufactured by RF Micro Devices. Quantity in this lot is 20 pieces. The RF2302 is a broadband linear, variable gain amplifier with a gain control range of 25dB. It operates from a 3 to 6V power supply rail over a frequency range of 100MHz to 2GHz. 1dB compression point is +14dBm at 860MHz with 14dB gain. Max gain at 1900MHz is 10dB with a NF of 4dB at 860MHz. It is packaged in a surface mount 8 pin MSOP outline.
