This is a Panasonic antenna coupler or antenna tuner used with the RF-4900 Shortwave Radios. I assume it could be used with any shortwave or multiband type antenna, but it is styled to match the Panasonic RF-4900 or RF4800 series radios. I used it with my RF-4900 with a long wire for a brief period. The coupler unit works fine. It is in great physical condition, only has two small blemishes between the two top knobs, and a small scratch in the middle of the model number text on the rear of the unit.
