This is an assortment of micrometer heads and fine thread pitch adjustment screws. These items are ideal for any application requiring the precise adjustment of fixturing, tooling, ect. Included are (14) Starrett micrometer heads with a total of 1" travel and a resolution of .025" linear motion at the contact point for every turn on the barrel. The rod is 0.300" in diameter and the mounting surface is .562" in diameter with a convenient 3/4" nut to secure the head in place on whatever mounting fixture you have. These units appear to be new and most are individually bagged. Also included are (2) extremely precise micrometer heads in an X/Y mount. They are used and I believe they were originally intended to position the end of a fiber optic in some type of laser application. The barrel travels about 1" total and the contact surface may only move about 0.1" over its entire range. Also included are (13) 3/8" diameter adjustment screws that appear to have about an 80 thread pitch.
