This Astron has the solid black case. Only a very few light scratches, nothing major. It does have four holes drilled into the top of the case. Looks like this was done so it could be mounted to the bottom of a shelf but I don't know for sure. It puts out right at 13.8 volts. If you have any questions just ask.
