For your consideration, here is a Midland CB 500 Ohm Hand Microphone. It has five pins. I have not tested it. It has some wear on it and the circular holder on the back has a small chip at the bottom. The cable is in good shape. Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.
