The Madden Roof Over Systems are a complete system. Every component necessary to complete you project. We custom make your roof to any size your manufactured home requires. These roofs go right over top of your existing homes steel, rubber or shingle roof. Once the Madden roof over is installed, they are strong enough that you can walk on them. The Madden roof over sits directly on top of your existing roof. They reduce roof rumble and deflect damaging ultraviolet and infrared rays from the sun. Do you want an over hang? The Madden roof over can be ordered to provide you with an overhang up to 12 inches (depending on your geographical location of course). Add your overhang to your order!! The Madden Roof Over System includes the following: * All Silver Aluminum Pans .024, with a 1.25" standing seam. Each seam is filled with caulking to assure no leakage. This is an exclusive of Madden Roof Overs. * 2" EPS Insulation, which gives you an R8.33 rating. The insulation is the same as the styrofoam cup that holds your hot coffee. * All new spun aluminum vents, (except furnace vent) Furnace flu should be installed by a license contractor. * All fasteners; Roof panels, Fascia, Vents, Decretive trim. * Caulking (permaseal) and C-14 for vents. * Heating and cooling savings of 35-50% * All backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty We will need your contact information after you order for some additional details on your home and to verify sizes, so be sure to instruct us on how to do that.
