It could pass for new unless you look pretty close. There are some light scuffs on the housing where it rides against the case and very minor signs of die set installation on the head. Other than those two things, it looks like a new one straight out of the Burndy box. I tested this kit here with the correct gauge and everything works perfectly, just like a good Burndy tool should.
