KWH KiloWattHour meter pulse output 3-wire 120/240v NIB This is a brand new KWH meter manufactured by DMMetering, the most advanced type electronic KWH meter available on the market, model DRM75A, 3 wire, 100 amp version. These were made specifically for U.S. 3-wire 120/240 volt single phase (2 phase) metering. They require 220 to 240 volts for operation. Installation is easy, since the meter is completely self contained, no external current transformers (CT's) or other extras as with many other electronic type meters. However, installation should only be performed by a knowledgeable, qualified electrician. The 2 "hot" service wires are simply passed through tubes in the meter housing.
