I have six new Square D combination starter disconnects. Four are still in the box and two have been opened. The model number for these are 8538SBA66V80F4G2P3P71P72TX20. Disconnect is rated at 30A. The starter is size 0 single phase. Transformer is 480/240/120V. Has start/stop push buttons and pilot lights in face of can.The starters are in raintight cans. Wiring diagram and instructions included with each combination starter. Each one weighs 36lbs.
