Stunning Collins KWM-2 **In Excellent Condition** Allow me to introduce my company, Radio-Mart which has been the market leader specializing in Collins and Drake equipment for several years now with sales reaching over 3,500 Collins items in the past 2 years. I am proud to be able to offer you this fine Collins KWM-2 transceiver in very nice condition. Over the next week or two I am going to be listing some of the best selection of Drake C lines and accessories as well as some of the nicest Collins equipment ever offered on e-bay, make sure you check in often to see what I have listed. I am pleased to offer you this fine Collins KWM-2 transceiver in excellent Original condition, cpmplete with plug in relays. It is in exceptional, fully working order and used daily until recently, I have performed a quick alignment check to make sure its excellent before I list it. The chassis in excellent condition no rust or corrosion, maybe a little dust, if your a perfectionist you can go on cleaning the chassis until the cows come home, it’s clean enough for me but a serious collector may want to spend an hour on it to make it perfect. The transceiver has been kept covered when not in use so as to preserve its condition and to keep the dust off and as you can see it has paid off. The paint is all original, there is hardly a single blemish on it, and the cabinet is in perfect shape, no dings or scuffs that I can see. The face plate is clean and the white lettering clear and unmarked. The great news is that it is in 100% fully working condition, the frequency accuracy is perfect and the receiver is very sensitive, I have aligned the transceiver and fitted several new tubes only last week so as to ensure peak performance. The transceiver has no known mods performed that I can see. All of the controls are smooth and positive in their actions, the main tuning is very nice to use and also smooth. No work is required for this rig, its ready to go on the air right out of the box. 129W on 80 to 15 and 101W on 10 So if you’re after in my opinion an excellent KWM-2 that is in good working condition, then this one is for you.
