This is one of two 1100 Ufd. 450 WV electrolytic capacitors now listed. These caps are new old stock, Mallory, computer grade aluminum electrolytics in their original boxes. The line through 1400 on the box top and the penned in 1100 uf is just how they came from the supplier, the boxtops were mismarked. These caps were purchased ca. 1990. I have had both caps on the Sprague Tel-ohmike. Brought up slowly to working voltage, both caps have been operated 380 volts for 1hr. and 450 volts for 1hr. Both caps read < .02 ma leakage @ 380 volts, and < .04 ma leakage @ 450 volts. Both measure 1200ufd. with a power factor of < 3. (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
