Triple S wire chopping line consisting of (1) Lucky hydraulic loading machine, model TL-20. Approx 50 hp drive. Single man operating station. Grappling arm attachment. (1) Elaursen single rotor shredder, type R1400/4. 40" x 70" infeed with hopper. 8 triangular bolted knife assembly. Hydraulic drive thru a high torque hydraulic motor, 40 rpm max, dropping onto a 34" x 12' motorized rubber belt conveyor. (1) Triple S Dynamic 24" x 48" grinder. 250 hp belt drive. Unit has hydraulic tilt for opening grinder hopper. Includes hydraulic power unit. Grinder has incline feed conveyor 36" wide x 44' long. 3 hp gearhead motor. From grinder, material drops to a Triple S 29" x 16' vibrating conveyor with an overhead belt magnet. (4) Universal Ind motorized bucket elevators: (a) 24" x 12" x 24' high; (b) 24" x 12" x 30'; (c) 24" x 12" x 20'; (d) 24" x 12" x 20' dual lane unit. Hydraulic tilt for feed hopper. (3) Triple S vibrating conveyors: (a) 29" x 16'; (b) 18" x 6'; (c) 18" x 12'. (1) Triple S two material live bin blending station. (2) 16" discharge augers 6' wide x 48" deep x 5' straight side with a 32" cone bottom. (1) Triple S screener.
