We used this instrument to calibrate oscilloscopes and voltmeters. It dates back to the 140A production line in 1966. The unit was last calibrated in 1982. It is a vacum tube instrument and I will list the tubes at the end of this description. There are some scratches on the front panel. I tested the unit with my scope and it is working fine. I do not have a manual. I took the covers off for one of the pictures.
The output functions are: -DC, OFF, +DC, OFF, 400 Hz RMS, and 400Hz p-p
Tracking control steps the output In .1 steps from .1 to 1 and the multiplier for tracking steps are 0, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 100. so you can go from .001 to 100 volts. The unit is full of high precision resistors.
For scope calibration the steps are 1, 1.5 and 2
Tubes are 4 each 12AX7, one 5651, one 12AU7, ONE 6CL6, two 6550, one 6AU5GA and one 6BJ6/6BA6
