The SolidMax™ will grip and hold multiple parts at the same time, adapt directly to a standard machine vise. The movable jaw is replaced by self-adjusting SolidMax™ vise jaw were each plunger works independently with equal force to push against each part with a variation of up to 0.060" in sizes of parts by utilizing a MECHANICAL DESIGN. All parts are griped and held with the same force. Part movement is eliminated. In addition, broken cutters, damaged parts, and dedicated or custom built fixtures are eliminated as well. The SolidMax™ mounts easily in seconds to just about every type of machine tool vise out there including KURT®, CHICK VISE®, PARLEC®, BOCK WORKHOLDING®, and others with no modification. All units come with pre-tapped plungers for tooling accessories and are hardened and ground for superior precision.
