This particular faceplate fits the Texas Star DX 500V Linear. Pictures show 2 different designs. Gloss Black, and Black Metallic. All have Silver Writing. Be sure to specify which design you want at checkout. Please note, the faceplates for the Texas Star Linears must have the Meter removed to apply. When the meter is installed on a Texas Star, each one varies a little bit on the placement, therefore, there is no way to precut the opening for the meter. If I did, part of the original face would show in some places around the meter. All of my faceplates are cut exact enough that there is a bare minimum of any of the original face showing through. There was too much of a difference on the Texas Stars and that was not acceptable to me. To apply, wet back side of sticker,(sticky side), with soapy water. (It is like applying window tint) The soap film will allow the faceplate to slide on the radio so that you can align it. After aligned to your liking, wipe away as much excess water as you can. Replace the knobs on the radio and let the sticker dry. It will become permanent after about 2 hours. If you had meter removed, you can replace it immediately after applying the faceplate.
