This is a Ford Motor Company copyright 1923 tractor manual in fair condition. The front& back cover are soiled and it has a small tear at the top and wear on the binder area. The pages in the book are in good condition w/ a few pages having water marks. The book was stored in a barn so it does have a musty smell
