Metal riveted parts on what looks like burled wood but is tortoise look plastic, I am sure. Missing head strap, easily replaced...was probably leather. Adjustable (chain) to shorten or lengthen distance between eyes). Lenses were very dirty so I did clean them with soap and water to determine clarity of lense...which is pretty good, a few light surface scratches on one, the other is great! Add a head strap and they would be perfect for any work requiring eye protection! In "AS FOUND" condition...well, I washed them! My dad gave me many of his brother's tools. My uncle was a Master Carpenter in his younger days. He's been gone many years now. Would be about 87, I think. _________________________________________________________________ I cannot claim from a "smoke free" home since I know not from whence they come! I have 2 Black Labs and 4 cats...so definitely not from a "Pet Free" home!! _________________________________________________________________ (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
