Here is a lot of 10 new Sioux Chief TKO Closet Flanges. Here is a quote of some published information on these: Always knocks out in one piece. Holds two floors of test, no need to use expensive test balls. Fits perfectly flat on sub-floor. Glues over 3" or inside 4" PVC. I-Beam design makes the TKO stronger in the rails.
