RAYNGER NONCONTACT HAND HELD THERMOMETER - NIB This is neat little Noncontact Thermometer has so many uses, too many to mention here. I’ve listed some of the many uses after the SPEC information below. This comes New, in the original carton with Owner’s Manual and Warranty card. Please note, the picture on the box does not exactly match the actual unit that came in the box. The picture on the box is a standard factory picture, we have posted actual pics of the Noncontact Temperature Gun itself. -Measures in either Fahrenheit or Celsius Mode and you can convert it from one to the other also. -Power = Uses 9V Alkaline or Nicad Battery (Has the 9V battery installed). - Temperature Range = -32 to 400 degrees C (-25 to 750 degrees F). - Accuracy = 25 degrees C (77 degrees F) and up +/- 1% or +/- 1 degree C whichever is greater. Display Resolution = 0.1 degree F or C from -32 degrees C to 199.9 degreesC (-25 to 199.9 degrees F). - Ambient Operating Range = 0 degrees C to 50 degrees C (32 to 120 degrees F). Repeatability = +/-1% of reading, or +/- 1 degree C (+/-2 degrees F) whichever is greater. - Optical Resolution (D:S is Distance to Spot) = 8:1 at the focus point or 1†at 6" to 2.4' at 6 ' (18 mm at 30cm to 67 mm at 2M). AUTOMOTIVE & DIESEL: Check cylinder heads, heating and cooling systems, and scan radiators for blockage HVAC/R: Check & monitor supply return registers, air stratification & duct leakage. FOOD SAFETY: Monitor temperatures for HACCP requirements during receiving, storage & preparation. ELECTRICAL/INDUSTRIAL: Check for hot spots in electrical panels & circuit breakers, generators & gearboxes. OTHER: Measure temperatures quickly in hundreds of applications such as asphalt work, marine maintenance & fire safety. Will be charged to winners in Minnesota @ 6.5%.
