Shows this counter model on the base and what it will look like. How it fits right down inside the base for a clean edge. Items sold separately, no cart, wagon or base is included with this counter top model. This model is pre-wired for #2114 - bucket pump or #2257 - Bag-in-a-Box, Accumeter Popping Oil delivery system (see description below). This popper is famous for its extra room in this price and kettle size range. Looks great as a front counter CENTER PIECE, with oil system under the counter. The best choice of a 2-Wheel Cart would be #2015 which comes in Stainless Steel or red. The red comes plain or with the "Popcorn" decal in gold. There is also a Stainless Steel Base #2111SS that fits this popper. Sold in the store under Carts/Wagons/Bases, etc. Specs: 14 oz Steel Kettle, Neon & Stainless Steel Dome, Pre Wired for either oil delivery system, 28W x 21W x 40H inches, 2900 watts, 24.2 amps, requires 30 amp Plug ( NEMA 5-30P ) Description of the oil delivery systems: The #2114 sits on top of the 50 lbs drum of oil. It has a heat element that will bring and keep the oil to a liquid (remember coconut oil is a solid at 79 degrees or less). It is not necessary that this delivery system be in an enclosed area. A #2018 - Excalibur hot wand is recommended to heat the oil before placing the #2114 on top of the bucket. The #2257 uses a 35 lb bag of oil. This unit uses a warmer blower system to heat the oil and MUST be in an enclosed space to work correctly. It is recommended that a back room warmer be used to keep the bags of oil at a liquid state.
