It's a liquid bitumen/rubber latex damp proofer which provides a flexible damp and vapour proof seamless membrane for floors and walls. Applied to oversite concrete prior to floor screed or to brickwork/blockwork before plastering to form a conventional sandwich membrane. Suitable for internal/external applications above or below ground level. Use for tanking, damp proofing of cellars, walls & floors. Not easy to get hold of, most are not suitable for application to walls.
