Manifold is in good condition. Looks like somebody used a torch to cut one of the bolts off and got into the cast iron a little, visible in picture. Will not affect function of manifold and will be barely visible when you have a bolt and nut on it. Parts book shows it for SN 584000 (mid 1947) and up for model A, 272000 (mid 1949) and up on AR-AO, but also shows it as a sub number starting at 488000 (1940) for the A.
