25 Metres of 18 Gauge Clear Twin Core Cable - Makes Great Aerial Wire!
Absolutely ideal for making your own longwire or dipole antenna. Twin core but can be split into 2 parts to give you 2 25 metre lengths. Add a couple of beer can insulators (the plastic thing that holds a 4 pack together, making sure that you drink the beer first!!) and some coax or ribbon feeder downlead and you will have yourself an aerial that is ideal for the Short wave listener or QRP operator.
Sufficient cable to make a half wave dipole from 3MHz upwards. Ideal for making an 80 Metre dipole, or you will have enough wire to make a 40 Metre, a 20 Metre and a 15 Metre dipole; and still have cable left over!! The overall length of your aerial should be 143 / F(MHz) in Metres with the feedpoint in the middle.
Other wire type aerials can easily be made using this wire. Also good for making counterpoises and for burying as radials.
