I do not see a name but it is probably made by CPD Cleveland Punch & Die USA Size ...................... .375" Hole Diameter .............. 1.495" The thickness overall measures 1.010" Condition ............ Nice used. I use this same photo for all of my bottom dies of this type, it is just like the one in the photo, maybe not as shiny, I just have too many of these here and I can not take a photo of each one.
