The top layer wicks away moisture from the skin while maintaining a soft, comfortable surface. The second “hidden†layer absorbs and holds the moisture. These two layers are usually quilted together with stitches-not heat fusion. Therefore, the pads dry well without losing their shape or puckering at the seams and quilt lines.
