This is a new old stock RC Normalizer from Tektronix. It is setup for a 47pF probe input, and adjustable for probe compensation. Input Normalizers are used for checking or adjusting the input capacitance of oscilloscopes, where high impedance attenuator probes may be used. This is the normalizer of scopes with a 47pF input.
