1946 ARRL Amateur Radio Handbook - 23rd Edition As a collector of ARRL Handbooks I frequently end up with duplicates. Medium Original Price............ $1.00 As shown in the picture this book has had lots of use, but still very solid. No writing, loose, torn or missing pages, the cover is starting to come loose, but some glue would take care of this. If you are a collector that doesn't have this printing, it's collectors qualities would be medium.
