This item is a RAMSEY PA-20 220 MHZ Power Amplifier and Preamp. Its rated output iwth 1 watt is 25 watts out. However when I used this on my packet radio network I measured over 30 watts out. It is solely for FM and includes the manual with a schematic. It still works and is ideal for an HT or low power rig. However it will handle a few watts for input drive. The manual says the gain is 8 to 1, so with the built in preamp one can turn a low power 220mhz HT into a booming station on FM. Since this item is used it is not warranted or guaranteed, however the led lights when I key it with my HT and the meter does show correct output.
