This sale is for a used unit. It has been plugged in and it does power up. The needle does move as the Voltage Adjust knob is turned on both channel A & B so it is assumed that this item is working but because we do not have a volt meter to actually test it further we will offer a DOA warranty on this item. This warranty is for ARRIVAL ONLY not longevity. Cosmetically this unit has no actual scratches on it but the edges of the front of the case does have some wear on it. Email with questions.
