Here is a nice small used arbor press by Phase 2. The throat is 4 1/4" tall x 3" deep. It has footprint of 4" x 8" on your bench. Take a good look a the base, you can see the front has been cut off for some project. There is no arbor plate with it. Click on the link above to see more tools and machine parts!!
