This is what appears to be a new set of wire strippers. It was found in my fathers tool bok he used when he worked ar Collins Radio/Rockwell. He worked on several government jobs with this exact same kind of tool. The blades look like they have never been used but the handle has a tiny bit of corrosion on it from being in the box.
