Measures actual resistance of wrist straps and heel grounders from 100KW up to 100MW (simultaneously and individually). Employees simply step on the foot plate, plug in their wrist strap, identify themselves to the monitor, and hold a push-button down for three seconds. Wrist strap and/or heel grounder test results are displayed in ohms on your computer monitor and as well as being highlighted in Green (Pass) or Red (High, Low, or Fail). A warning beeper also alerts you if measurements are outside of default or re-programmed limits. Test results for up to 5,000 employees are automatically logged and stored in your computer. Included software generates reports for e-mailing and printing of monthly test results, entire log, daily log, employee failure exception, ESD certification expiration, and employee attendance. Report files can easily be imported into spreadsheet or database software. Combo-tester comes with foot plate and stand, Windows compatible software, 6-ft. DB9 serial cable, 9V battery, and 12V DC adapter. Also included with this item is the ACL 740 HID proximity card reader. Item requires minor assembly by attaching the post to the base plate with screws. Electronics are attached to top of unit with velcro tape. I list new items frequently.
