Was put together 15 years ago and used on and off since. It's been reliable, but hasn't been used in a few years. The engine has been started recently. We haven't operated the rest of it as it needs hydraulic fluid, grease, etc.
Shaker screen originally used for coal at a strip mine. The screen bed itself is approximately 14ft, by 4'6". Currently has a metal screen with 1 inch diameter holes, and a 1/2" mesh on top of that. This would process dry soil as fast as loaded with a backhoe (about 1 cubic yard at a time). A different pump might make it faster, considering the amount of power driving it.
32ft. long stacker conveyor. Frame is 32" wide, the belt itself is 26". The top rests on the screen frame. The hopper is 6'9" x 32" at the top, and is 32" deep. Note the tear on the video (it still works fine).
6-71 Detroit Diesel still on front end of the truck it came out of. It started up easily and ran great. Exhaust leak near the muffler is visible in video with some oil from exhaust. A fuel line underneath is leaking. It's being started with fuel from a 5 gallon can and temporary lines. Hydraulic fluid is cooled by pumping water over the tank. This may not be practical at another location. There could be a hydraulic leak somewhere. The tank was empty after sitting. Although no one remembers any significant leaks.
