These are BRAND NEW 70w HPS Mini-Wallpacks with photocell. These fixtures are assembled in the USA, and use all domestic electrical components. The housing is manufactured of a heavy duty poly carbonate. The weatherproof silicone gasket is present for dust and moisture protection. Fixture is UL listed for wet locations.
