This is a used tube tester and it does power up but I have no manual or instructions on how to use it. I was the first class of Army technicians to 'not' get the tube theory portion of training. So I have no idea how to work this gadget. Looks like it can test 7 different socket types and all the pins look fine. The knobs and switches all turn like they should. I think there's supposed to be a light in the 'short' socket but I'm not sure.
The cord is in nice shape and there's a dangling wire terminal that's intact too. The handle swings back to use the unit at an angle. The case is in nice shape too, with only a few scuffs and one small spot of paint peeling on the bottom edge. This could be a useful unit if you have the manual or know how to use it!
