This rest is missing 1 jaw and the bolts/washers to attach the jaws. * If you are exempt you will need to send me a properly filled out MA exemption form * If there is a problem, please contact me 1st and give me a chance to correct it * I fill out any custom forms honestly and will not devalue the price. * All photos are taken of the actual items.
